Deadline for abstract submission: October 30th 2016

Registration for the Conference: January 15th 2017

Registration procedure & Fees

 

Registration for the conference is open until 31.12.2016. Contributions for which there is no fully registered participant will be withdrawn from the programme after that date. Participants not contributing an oral presentation or poster may register until 31.01.2016, although registration may be closed earlier if the maximum number of participants (120) is reached.

 

Regular Participant: 100 €

 

Full-time student: 50 €

 

The registration fee includes the conference proceedings as a PDF by mail, morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference, lunches on site and the dinner on 07.02.2017. Once payment is received, participants will receive a proof of payment.

Once registration is validated, registrants will receive an acknowledgement letter by e-mail. Upon receipt of payment, a proof of payment will be issued as a PDF attached to an email. Please note that this may take several weeks in case you select to pay by bank transfer.

 

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made before 31.12.2016, your registration fee will be refunded minus a € 10 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 31.12.2016. Please note that refunds will only be processed after the conference.

 

Replacement

Attendees may be replaced. The request to be replaced must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name and amount paid, and the replacement attendee’s email, full name, and affiliation. Send registration substitution requests to with "Substitution" in the subject line, before the conference to:
